Welcome to Coupon Span. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of https://couponspan.com and all related content, features, and services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Coupon Span ("we", "us", or "our"). Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least thirteen years old to use Coupon Span. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Use of the Service

Coupon Span is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. Specifically, you agree NOT to:

  • Scrape, copy, mirror, frame, or republish coupon listings, store descriptions, or other content from Coupon Span without our prior written permission.
  • Use any automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers, harvesters) to access the Service at a rate that places undue load on our servers, or that bypasses our published API limits if any.
  • Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service, its servers, or the networks on which it operates.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any part of the Service.
  • Misrepresent yourself, impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state your affiliation when interacting with us, our content, or other users.
  • Use the Service to distribute spam, malware, phishing links, or any other harmful content.
  • Use the Service in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations, including intellectual property, privacy, advertising, or consumer protection laws.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these prohibitions, with or without notice.

3. Coupons, deals, and offers

All coupon codes, promo codes, deals, and offers listed on Coupon Span are provided for informational purposes only. While we make every effort to verify that offers are accurate and working at the time of publication, we cannot guarantee that any specific code will work at all times, in all locations, on all products, or for all customers.

Offers are subject to change, modification, restriction, or cancellation by the issuing merchant at any time and without notice to us. A code that worked an hour ago may stop working without warning. Restrictions such as minimum purchase amounts, new-customer-only status, product exclusions, geographic limits, or per-account limits are set by the merchant, not by Coupon Span.

Coupon Span is not the merchant. We do not sell products, we do not process transactions, we do not ship orders, and we do not handle returns or refunds. Your purchase and any associated rights are exclusively between you and the merchant. If you have a problem with an order, please contact the merchant directly.

4. Affiliate disclosure

Coupon Span earns commissions from affiliate partnerships with the merchants featured on this site. When you click a deal link, store link, or "Get Code" button and subsequently make a purchase, we may receive a commission at no additional cost to you. This commission is paid by the merchant out of its marketing budget. The price you pay at checkout is identical whether you reach the merchant through us or directly. 5. Intellectual property

The Service and its original content (excluding merchant logos and trademarks) are and will remain the exclusive property of Coupon Span and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both your country and foreign jurisdictions. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

Merchant logos, brand names, and product images displayed on Coupon Span remain the property of their respective owners. They are displayed solely for identification and editorial purposes. Display of a merchant's mark on Coupon Span does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or any business relationship beyond the affiliate program we may participate in.

6. User-submitted content

If you submit a deal tip, coupon code, comment, feedback, or any other content to Coupon Span (whether by email, contact form, or any future submission feature), you grant Coupon Span a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, and display that content in connection with operating the Service. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to grant this license, and that your submission does not infringe any third-party rights or violate any law.

We reserve the right (but not the obligation) to review, edit, or remove any user-submitted content for any reason.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.

Coupon Span does not warrant that (a) the Service will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location; (b) any errors or defects will be corrected; (c) the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components; or (d) the results of using the Service will meet your requirements. You use the Service at your own risk.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL Coupon Span, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

  • (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
  • (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service, including any merchant or other user;
  • (c) any content obtained from the Service; or
  • (d) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

This applies whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, and whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage. Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed one hundred United States dollars.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Coupon Span, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.

10. Third-party links and content

The Service contains links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Coupon Span. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy practices, or business practices of any third party. Once you click an outbound link, the third party's terms and policies apply. We strongly advise you to read the terms and privacy policies of any third-party websites or services that you visit.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Coupon Span at any time, with or without cause and without notice, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution) shall survive.

12. Changes to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any feature) at any time, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

13. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Coupon Span's operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You and Coupon Span agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be addressed through good-faith informal discussion. If we cannot resolve the matter informally within thirty days, the dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration or in the courts of the operator's jurisdiction, at our option.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

15. Entire agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Affiliate Disclosure, constitute the entire agreement between you and Coupon Span concerning the Service. They supersede any prior agreements, communications, or understandings.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent version. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes through the home page, by email to newsletter subscribers, or by other appropriate means. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
