We love hearing from our community. Whether you have feedback, found a broken coupon code, want to suggest a store, are a brand interested in partnering with us, or simply have a question about the site, we read every message and reply personally.

The fastest way to reach the team is email. Send a message to support@couponspan.com and we will reply within one business day, usually much sooner. Please be as specific as possible in your message so we can help you faster.

What to include in your message

Different types of messages benefit from different details. To save us both a back-and-forth, please include the relevant information up front.

  • Broken coupon? Tell us the store name, the exact code you tried, the date and time you tried it, and what happened at checkout (no discount, error message, "code not valid", etc.). Screenshots help enormously.
  • Suggest a store? Share the store name, the website URL, and a sentence about what makes them worth featuring. If you know they run an affiliate program, mention which network (Refersion, GoAffPro, ShareASale, etc.).
  • Spot a working code we don't have? Send us the store, the code, and any restrictions you noticed (minimum purchase, new customers only, specific category). We will add it and verify, usually within a few hours.
  • Press, partnership, or business inquiry? Include your company, your role, and a sentence on what you are looking for. Whether it is a featured placement, an exclusive offer, a content collaboration, or a media interview, point us at the goal and we will route the message to the right person.
  • Privacy or data request? Put "Privacy Request" in the subject line. We process these promptly. See our Privacy Policy for full details on your rights and our procedures.
  • Copyright concern (DMCA)? See our DMCA Policy for the formal procedure. Brief inquiries can be sent to support@couponspan.com.
  • Technical bug? Tell us what page you were on, what device and browser you were using, and what you expected to happen versus what actually happened. We squash bugs as soon as we can reproduce them.
  • General feedback? Just write us. Compliments, complaints, suggestions for new features, criticisms of our design choices — all welcome.

Response times

We aim to respond within one business day, Monday through Friday. Messages received on weekends or holidays may take an extra day. Complex inquiries (legal, privacy, partnership) may take longer to research; we will send an acknowledgment if a full response will take more than two business days.

Mailing address

For paper correspondence, please email support@couponspan.com first and we will provide the appropriate address. We do not publish a physical address on the website to avoid the volume of unsolicited mail that accompanies a public listing.

What we cannot help with

Coupon Span is a coupon directory, not a merchant. We unfortunately cannot help with:

  • Order status, shipping, or delivery questions. Contact the merchant directly.
  • Refunds, returns, or exchanges. The merchant's customer service handles those.
  • Account problems on a merchant's website (lost passwords, billing disputes, etc.). Again, contact the merchant.
  • Specific advice on which product to buy. We do not have product expertise across every category we list.
